"I had a very bad experience with this State Farm office. I emailed the agent with a question about my car insurance and never received a response. I sent three follow-up emails and still got no reply.

When I finally called, the agent raised her voice at me, spoke in a very disrespectful manner, and would not allow me to ask questions while she was talking. Instead of helping, she told me to go to another State Farm agency.

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I do not recommend this office."

"My grandma paid for her flood policy on 11/14/2024 and as of today, 1/5/2025, has yet to receive a receipt, proof of insurance, or anything. We have called DAILY and despite claims that Beverly will call back, she never does. Communication has been horrendous and I wouldn’t recommend this agency.

Today 1/6 we just received a check in the mail from State Farm with no explanation nor any updated communication from Beverly."
