I've always found the people at the Beverly Crawford agency to be helpful and friendly, and they've answered all my questions and concerns. Recently, I had a bad auto accident, and Raquel Perez Betancur was there for me from my initial call (minutes after the accident) throughout the process of replacing my car and updating my auto policy to show the change in vehicle. She researched the terms of my policy (which I've had since the 1980s) and made sure that the paperwork will show that all those terms will continue.
